Our Story
Connect The Dots Solutions was formed because our Founder, Tracy Sabol, listened to countless employers throughout her career discuss ongoing pain points related to rising expenses, dissatisfied employees, operational inefficiencies, and the ongoing pressure to “do more with less.”
She recognized a need for organizations to reduce costs, operate more efficiently, and strengthen the financial well-being of their employees. That insight became the foundation for CTDS: connecting organizations with practical, strategic solutions that address real operational and financial challenges.
Today, CTDS works with employers, school districts, nonprofits, and other organizations to identify opportunities for cost savings, stronger employee benefits, and long-term financial sustainability.
